The Cool Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Alternate
Cool Cloud Vapor is one of the companies offering flavored e-juice and liquid smokes. Now the U.S. Foods and Drug Management have issued caution letters to a further ten companies, including Great Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (doing business as Puff Bar) caution them to remove their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from the marketplace immediately because they don’t have the appropriate premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it really is aware that flavored e-liquids are usually favored by young adults, but that young adults also need to be protected contrary to the over-selling of the products by adult consumers. According to the FDA’s warning letters, some of the e-liquids in question had no flavor; however, these were being offered for sale in candy bars disguised as a wholesome snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a supplement and a sports drink. These promises were misleading, the FDA states, because no FDA regulatory standards or laws exist to modify dietary supplements and sports drinks. The company’s application for a non-prescription marketplace distribution label specifically stated that the product could be used as a dietary supplement. It was not designed for use as a sports drink up or an athletic supplement, in line with the FDA.
When a customer purchased Puff Bar, he / she should have understood that the merchandise was intended for the intake of candies, not nicotine gum, and that the flavors were added following the manufacturing process. According to the FDA, Puff Bar contained nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical substance known as atrazine, which certainly are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine does not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the merchandise to be misused, if ingested, by children, or someone who shouldn’t be consuming the product.
The FDA says that because the manufacturers did not include correct statements or warnings about the potential hazards of the merchandise, the company’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation will be that the merchandise was designed for people who chew gum. Parents of small children would not choose to give their kids puff bars as a snack. They might probably think that the product was more dangerous than a candy bar. The only method to ensure that consumers usually do not become victims of false advertising and marketing is to strictly regulate the development of e-liquids. Companies cannot use vague vocabulary or symbols on labels or packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable for sale when it is not really.
Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Great Cloud Vapor Company. The business had other e-juice goods including several premium brands, a few which had an array of what flavors do puff bars come in. When I purchased my Neat Cloud Vaporizer, I was looking to purchase a product that did not have any flavorings in it and therefore did not interest me. I was inappropriate.
Upon opening the box, I noticed that the puff container looked nearly the same as the container for an everyday cigarette. It also held a fairly large amount of nicotine, which managed to get difficult to hold onto while smoking as the entire mouth area of the disposable device was filled with the whitish color of smoking. I viewed the ingredients record for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained exactly the same things that I have arrived at expect from most of Cool Cloud’s other products: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference between the product and the other products was that this product did not include any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device into the baggie provided by Nice Cools Vaporizer, I pressed the bottom of the mouthpiece gently on my lips to begin smoking immediately. Quickly, my throat hit a nice warm spot on the back of my throat that was not present during smoking any traditional cigarettes. My second puff sent a hurry of flavor through my lips which lasted only for a second and my throat hit another spot that lasted just a couple of seconds. I exhaled slowly but surely while my eyes scanned the area for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, only ash.
After inhaling the first puff, my palate quickly filled with sweet lemon juice, followed by a moderate pepper to taste. Following the 3rd puff I experienced a lovely and tangy tastes with a hint of bitterness. Following the fourth puff I noticed that the nicotine had settled nicely into my lungs, supplying me all of the nicotine I had a need to complete the entire session and never have to worry about obtaining a bad buzz off of it.
